We will provide big bottle soaps and detergent for all guests convenience, please do not remove any bottles. Please do not climb or lean over porch handrails. Children should be under supervision all the time. Partial Backyard is blocked off from guests access, please remain activities inside the part of concrete area. Garage is not open to guests use. Room 3 has a partial wall which is not fully extended to the ceiling. Please use other bedrooms for light sensitive guests. Guests will be provided with a starter pack that includes hotel sized shampoo, soap, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Please pack other essentials accordingly depending on length of your visit. We also provide limited amount of coffee k-cups, coffee condiments packs and salt & pepper packets. We will not be responsible in any way to guests for temporary interruptions of utilities or services including but not limited to water, gas, electric, phone, cable, internet, etc. ⚠️ Construction Notice: Please be aware that backyard construction for a permitted ADU will be taking place during daytime hours (typically 8 AM–5 PM). The work is contained to the backyard area and does not affect access, safety, or use of the home. Some light noise may be heard during the day. Street parking only. We always give our guests privacy, and workers do not enter the main home.
